"Stopped in on a very chilly and windy Saturday. This spot was bustling! It is very quiet, regardless of how many people are there. There was one two top open, that’s all! The barista is amazing!! (formerly with UPerk Coffe and a true gem🤩). My daughter and I enjoyed a hot latte and my hubby enjoyed a latte and a blueberry muffin, warmed. I highly recommend Turbo Coffee."

"On a regular day, expect a solid 8/10 coffee and a buzzy atmosphere with lots of students. Definitely one of the better coffee shops in town! When it's good, it's great. Don't go on a game day unless you are looking for a DJ or cheerleaders or anything of that sort. Nothing wrong with it just not what I expected! I've had great coffees many times here, but because I know how good it can be, I am often left disappointed. Most recently, it took 2 attempts to get what was a half correct order (hot latte with honey) and honestly that's just not what I'm looking for when I'm going out for coffee."

"I love Turbo's coffee, but what has kept me coming back is the service and environment. The baristas (especially Luke and Sarah) are so friendly and do an excellent job. The environment, however, has gone drastically downhill over the summer. Like another review said, this used to be a genuine third space in Tuscaloosa. I always saw people I knew and loved things like the art events in the evening. Lately though, it's become just another spot for football iconography. The local artist features are gone, and two huge TVs broadcast ESPN. The vibe is completely gone and so is the homey, community-driven character that made Turbo so beloved in town."

"Warehouse-type seating. First come, first serve. Acai bowls filling and fresh fruit; Avocado toast a bargain and the BST a fantastic sandwich as well as the double egg breakfast sandwich. Bought a couple of bakery items to stave the hunger until the order was ready. Super long line but made the mistake of going at 10am on a Sunday after an Alabama game."
