"I want to say I love the interior and everything and the coffee is good hence why I didn't 1 star. But sadly the food is super inconsistent, I first came here on monday and now it is thursday and I am confused on how the avocado toast is completely different. There is no arugula and honestly its as if they are winging it instead of having a proper menu structure?? I am sorry but paying almost $30 for a coffee, avocado toast, and egg bites and my avocado toast is lacking pretty much everything. I had to get the toast remade today as it had zero tomato on it and this is now what they handed me I feel conned and quite frankly have zero desire to come back. The girl who I talked to was very friendly but sadly good customer service does not give me incentive to pay money for poor quality food, I want what I am paying for not getting a few shreds of cheese, a few tomatoes, the thinnest spread of avocado, and my toast all cut up. I had high hopes for this place after my first visit and now extremely disappointed..."

"I sat in the drive-through for about six minutes waiting to order no one ever came over the speaker I even said multiple times “hello”… I drove around the young girl at the drive-through was very very sweet. She said the camera was out on the drive-through. I asked for a drip coffee. Drip coffee machine is broken she says. As a restaurant owner myself if there’s two items are truly broken, your drive-through and your drip coffee maker that is the fault of the general manager or the owner and they have not set their employees up for success."

"Never going back!!! So disappointed in this place. I had been recommended it by a few folks in my office and have had not one, not two, but now three disappointing orders. They’ve messed up my food twice - wildly overpriced food I might add! And their coffee is just terrible! I got an iced chai latte that was straight milk. Pretty sure it was as expensive as a Starbucks one too. Would love to support the local shops over a chain store but sure as heck not this one!!!!"

"I’ve always enjoyed Santos Coffee, especially the Hoover location, which consistently offers fresh ingredients and great quality. Unfortunately, this visit to a different location was disappointing. The crepes came with soggy strawberries and overripe bananas, and not nearly enough Nutella which was unexpected—especially given the price. As someone who’s enjoyed crepes around the world, this fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect. That said, I’m always open to giving places another try, and I hope to update this review with a better experience in the future. As of now I don’t recommend."

"I stopped by Santos Coffee in Acton for the second time and was really impressed again. The place feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff was so friendly. I chatted with Noah, who told me they actually grow their own coffee beans in Guatemala, which is amazing. You can really taste the quality, my latte was one of the best I’ve had. The food was great too, fresh and made with care. Such a nice spot all around, I’ll definitely be coming back!"
