From the friendly service to the unforgettable drink, the entire experience was a 10/10. Dalton was working the window, and he couldn’t have been more welcoming. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the coffee. He recommended The Parlor Special, and wow—I’m so glad I trusted him. This drink is next-level. Smooth, rich, and absolutely decadent. It had the perfect balance of bold espresso, creamy sweetness, and just the right hint of something extra that made it feel totally unique. It was chilled to perfection, with that velvety texture that makes you slow down and savor every sip. I couldn’t believe something this good came from a drive-through. "I can’t say enough about how sweet and friendly people are here. Genuine would be the better word to use. The protein balls are soooo good! Nice vibe. Nice people. They have a drive through, a little area or nook for playing board games. I like how they allow small businesses to come in and set up a pop up shop in one of the corners. Only thing is their syrups are seriously watered down! Chocolate is not chocolatey, it’s mixed with water. Severely watered down. Same with peppermint."

"My partner and I stopped on our way home from Winslow back to Jackson. It was a quiet little shop, but the people behind the counter were very nice. Our lattes were delicious and I had an avocado bagel, which was awesome. The bagel was toasted perfectly not too hard still soft. I don’t even think I could get it like that at home lol."

"Quite a cute little spot! The pumpkin chai ( w/ 2 extra shots ) was absolutely delicious - perfectly pumpkin without an overload of spice. A perfect stop coming down the mountain before a long drive home, very friendly staff and a lovely calm environment."

"We are passing through on a trip from OK to FL. The barista is very nice and had us enjoying our coffee and cinnamon roll quickly. The HUGE cinnamon is delicious, but the sweet cream cheese icing will catch up with you. 😃 Another reviewer mentioned the chai so I ordered a dirty chai. The flavor is good, but the espresso flavor doesn't come through at all so I can't speak to the espresso flavor.  My husband said the espresso in his Americano is good. There are several high and low tables, but the shop doesn't give off a vibe for wanting to hang for a while. There are games available, though."
