"I have gotten coffee at this shop a few times now. The staff are always very friendly and usually quick with any order. It is completely drive-thru so you cannot dine in or go in but there spots you could park, if needed. The coffee and other drinks have always been good. It is right on Highway 49 so it can be hectic getting in, especially during peak traffic. The last time I went the drive-thru, which is gravel has a lot of holes in it so if you don't have a truck or SUV be wary of that. Not a bad spot for coffee though and will go back."

"I went twice during business hours and no one was there / I was being ignored so I just left. I went out of my way at 7:30 on a Sunday, which is listed as them being open, honked to let them know I was there (there's a note saying to do that because their doorbell is broken) and no one came. Not going out of my way again because this has happened once before as well. I did get coffee here twice out of 4 trips, and if it's 50/50 I even get what I come for I can just go somewhere else."

"I have been using Busy Bean for nearly three years typically the Walnut Ridge store. However, this one is near my home so I stop when I need a good coffee. The problem is if you show up in the morning they have a problem showing up to work. Like this morning at 6am they haven't even showed up. This is probably the third or forth time time nobody was at the store at the 0600 opening time. Plus the coffees tend to be just on the warm side instead of hot."

"I absolutely love busy bean, especially when their manager Hannah is there. Hannahs always willing to give me drink ideas and suggestions and ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly im convinced she can do it with her eyes closed. I know everytime I go there. I’m gonna get a good drink with a barista who’s smiling and looks like they genuinely enjoy their job."

"The coffee here is delicious and customer service is great. I tried it once and is has became my favorite place to get coffee. The breakfast bagels are good too. If your driving through Brookland it’s definitely worth stopping to give a try."
