"Coffee at this location is mostly milk. They don’t add enough syrups/sauce. I hate paying $8 for coffee that’s not as good. When I get a hot it’s somewhat sweet but definitely not when iced. Need to add more syrup! It’s probably all the workers who keep failing their test lol I always hear them complaining about almost passing or about to take the test."

"I have been there many times. It’s always the same. Everyone is working hard and steady. Some even run. This business is run so efficiently that it doesn’t matter how many cars are ahead of you. I don’t know how much they get paid but I’m sure it’s not enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They all have my deepest appreciation."

The employees want to argue with me about the drink being wrong. I’m paying $7+ for a drink and it should be the way I ordered it. The customer service has been lacking the past few weeks. This used to be a good start to my morning, but now is just a disappointment."
