"I ALWAYS enjoy my stops into Kassi’s. The cookies are the perfect way to curb my sweet tooth 🤪 I love the clean, minimalistic vibes. Just enough decor for a theme, but not over the top. The space is always clean and I’ve enjoyed every cookie/dessert I’ve gotten there. I’ve always enjoyed my coffee from there as well!"

"We tried Kassi's Cookies for the first time in December 2025. It's always busy, so we thought this had to be a sign. Nope! We ordered two lemon cookies, one snickerdoodle, and one sugar cookie. Lemon flavored sweets are our favorite, and we want that lemon to punch us in the face! Even our wedding cake was lemon. So to say these were good is an extreme exaggeration. One was bright yellow and one was not. The one that was not was almond flavored - no lemon. (Yes, we watched her pull it out of the lemon tray.) The bright yellow one had a hint of lemon, but that is all. If your sign says lemon, then it needs to be lemon. The snickerdoodle cookie was better - decent flavor. Our adult son ate the sugar cookie; and he said, "I've had better." We won't be back. In our opinions, it was overpriced for lackluster flavors."

"These have to be the closest I've ever had to actual French macrons I've ever had outside of a French or Canadian bakery I've ever had. Every flavor was delicious and it was insane how many flavors there actually were! We also got a lemon cookie and it was equally as delicious. All were not too sweet and were not that chewy mess that mass produced macrons tend to be. I could recommend this to anyone who has always wanted to taste a real one for sure."

"Kassi’s Cookies in downtown Conway is an absolute must-stop. I walked in while exploring the area and immediately got hit with the smell of fresh-baked cookies—just unreal. The location’s super convenient, right in the middle of downtown, and the shop itself is bright, clean, and inviting. I tried the chocolate chip and the strawberry. The chocolate chip was everything—loaded with chocolate, baked perfectly, and somehow still soft without falling apart. The texture was spot on all the way through. The strawberry was solid too, but that chocolate chip one is a top-tier cookie. The display case was stacked with options that all looked incredible, and the whole place just felt like it was built around doing cookies right. Staff were fine, and pricing felt high, but totally fair for what you’re getting. I’ll be stopping in every time I’m back in Conway—no question."

"I tired to contact them to get it resolved but I had no luck. I ordered a cookie cake from them and the icing appeared blotchy, the bows were placed haphazardly rather than in a consistent arrangement, and the gold glitter was unevenly spread. I was expecting the design to match the style of your stock photo, just in the color I specified and with the added bows. Unfortunately, the result fell short of those expectations, and my fiancé was disappointed when I showed it to her."
