"I have been sampling local coffees (new to NW Arkansas) and picked up Mountain Bird's 'Phantom Espresso' light roast. It is honestly one of the best tasting coffees I have ever had, and I consider myself an enthusiastic, snobby coffee drinker. I don't know any of their other coffees yet, but I look forward to trying them this year. I was impressed enough with the Phantom Espresso that I sent it to relatives who are also coffee snobs for Christmas this year. Nice work guys. Very consistent blend. I'm a fan! I have never been to the Mountain Bird cafe (I am not even sure they have an actual retail location), but I really hope to get out to Holiday Island soon to see."
