At others, you might see someone in cutoff jean shorts or overly casual, even inappropriate outfits, which takes away from the overall experience. This particular location, though, stands out for all the right reasons. The team here is presentable, respectful, and naturally conversational while you wait, which makes the visit feel personal instead of rushed. One barista even told me, “Have a blessed day.” That wasn’t some scripted line—it felt real, thoughtful, and heartwarming, especially to know someone of faith was taking my order. For me, it’s not just about the drink—it’s about the people behind it. And this store gets it right. 👏"

"I come to this location every day almost and tonight I had my first bad experience. As most of the workers are in high school I generally give them grace however tonight the look I was given pulling up as the only car to the stand was giving “get out of here” vibes. Followed by the girl putting her mouth on the cup she used for my drink. I an immunocompromised and would prefer to not get any viruses that may be going around currently. Normally I have pretty excellent service at this location. Highly disappointed"

"Rude! Yall need to learn how to train the little girls working there! They are rude! They will make you wait until Christmas before they come to your car to get your order. I sat in line for almost 15 mins while the girl took the car in front mine order and held a whole conversation as if they are long lost cousins!! This is not my first time experiencing that this is my third time experiencing that! The first time when I got my order finally they had an attitude and handed it to me by the lid and it almost spilled! If you have certain 7 brew girls that don’t want to service black women please say so and I will not visit this location. I will not stop at this one again. Then when I got out of the line and looked behind the girl was still at the same people car laughing and she shrugged her shoulders looking at my car and said oh well! Even though it’s $6 coffee everyone should be treated fairly! I will NEVER go to this location again! I will drive to Memphis if I want 7 brew instead of stopping at this location! And if you’re wondering the place was not packed at all! So several workers saw me in line and could’ve taken my order! Y’all don’t have to worry about me I will never spend my money anywhere I can’t be treated with respect!"

"I'm so disappointed. I asked for an ice blondie, which i've been informed, is an ice caramel coffee. I was so looking forward to it until I had driven off, took a sip out of it and it tasted more like regular coffee. It actually seems to be very strong and leaves a nasty aftertaste. It definitely doesn't taste like there was any caramel in it at all. 😔"
