A plethora of seating is available and the staff was very informative and accommodating. They gladly explained the differences in varying pour over options and helped me choose a coffee I would enjoy. Great spot!"

"Went to the Basecamp coffee company for the first time today. Nice and fun Halloween decor that is Harry Potter themed. The shop was clean (yes, I am one of those people who also check bathroom cleaniness 🤪). Enjoyed my drink and I can see why it is a nice place to hang out with friends, or read a book (especially if you are reading one of mine 😍), or need a space to get some business done on your laptop while enjoying some of the goodies available. 😊"

"I’ve debated writing this review for a while because I’ve never posted a negative one before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others. A while ago, I ordered a mango smoothie from Basecamp and was surprised to find multiple pieces of mango pit shavings in it. I let a staff member know, but she simply responded with 'okay' and offered no apology or solution. She was surrounded by 2 other male employees who also heard the conversation, but offered no help. I was humiliated and all I could've done was sit back down at my seat. I tried to just spit out all the pit shavings but ended up having to throw the drink away because it was inedible. It was disappointing—not just because of the smoothie, but because of how the situation was handled. I used to love studying here, but this experience really changed my perspective and I have not returned since. I am unsure if this employee is still here, but I highly recommend that you do not order the mango smoothie."
