"I visited Confident Coffee Roasters last month - this review is long overdue! The gal that took our order was so kind and personable. I was wearing a sweatshirt that had Red River, NM on it and she said, “my husband and his family love Red River!” I pointed to my husband next to me and said, “mine does too?!” It was a really cool moment for me to sort of connect with her about that. I really, really wish that I remember what I ordered, but I don’t. I did enjoy the coffee though!! The atmosphere was 10/10. I love the mural. Seating for all groups of all sizes! I would highly recommend!"

"So happy to finally have a neighborhood coffee shop in Johnson. The owner, Amber, is amazing and her coffee is excellent. All the workers have been courteous. They also have a great yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and honey that is a generous portion for price point. I haven't tried the other breakfast options yet, but it looks like some healthy oatmeals and local pastries and goodies from a local bakery. Love the bathroom and design in the shop."
