"We were vacationing with our family in Fayetteville over Thanksgiving break (from Texas) and this place was on a Reddit thread of "must go to coffee shops in NWA". We are self-proclaimed coffee snobs and between the house-made syrups, excellent pour-over, and a unique seasonal menu, we were so impressed by this place! The two baristas were incredibly kind and sweet to our toddler that wanted to run into their kitchen area and chatted with us about the area and gave us more recommendations to explore. This was such a wonderful experience!"

"This is my favorite coffee shop in all of NWA hands down - and I've lived here all my life! The coffee here is top quality, drip or espresso. I love their classic drinks, but their seasonal menu is consistently unique and delicious. It's such a bright yet cozy place. Patrons and employees alike are kind - obviously just happy to be there. I've met and briefly talked to the owner several times because he's almost always there working alongside his employees and has a cheerful smile. Best spot of stellar coffee and good vibes!!!"

"Word Coffee has been our absolute go-to coffee shop in Northwest Arkansas since it opened in 2023, and for good reason! My two little girls have loved coming here from day one, making it a truly kid-friendly environment for our family. Beyond the welcoming atmosphere, the coffee is consistently fantastic. I'm usually torn between an iced americano, a pour over, or a classic drip coffee, and they always hit the spot. My wife is a big fan of their iced honey latte with maple cinnamon cold foam – it's a must-try! Whether we're stopping in for a quick family outing or I'm looking for a spot to sit and get some work done, Word Coffee delivers. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!"

"I was greeted with a smile and genuine desire to answer any of my questions. There were only 2 spaces open in the 15min parking area and all the permanent parking was taken. For good reason! The inside of the shop was full, yet inviting. The head barista talked coffee with me and shared the “community over competition” focus that they have. That means they don’t serve local roaster coffees, opting to share out of town roasters with their client base and telling them to go drink local coffees at the local shops if they want local. They currently buy from roasters in North Carolina, Washington, and Kansas City. I couldn’t wait to try my half-sweet cardamom honey latte before snapping a pic. Hence the skewed latte art! Go check them out!! It was outstanding."
