"Really disappointed. I wish I had something positive, but the ice cream was gross. Hard to describe, supposed to be homemade, just like a fake sugar. The flavors were like nothing I could even describe. The cupcake was slightly better, but overall just too sweet, not enjoyable flavor."

"Pour Some Sugar on Me Sweet Shoppe was an adventure to say the least. Was vacationing with my family and we hit every tourist spot in the area. Went into this location looking for some good sweets and some excellent customer service and received one of the two. The food was ok, but the service was not what I would call knock your socks off. The staff was attentive when you could locate someone. They seemed rather young and chatty so they tend to huddle together talking amongst themselves. After getting someone’s attention I was helped with my order. I’m sure they get tons of tourists and are busy but to completely ignore customers is not ok. Would give this place another chance to win my business. Enjoy!"

"We stopped in to the Pour some sugar on me shop in June, 2023. It looked like a pretty nice candy shop. The problem for us was that the wife likes taffy. But their taffy, like most items on the wall, were pre-packaged. And they are fairly small packages. Then they charge $6 for a small package with maybe 10 pieces of taffy inside. So we just passed. It's a shame, because we like to support the little guys. But the prices just seemed too high. It also seemed like the three stores in a row might be connected. There is a direct door into the sock store next door. Then from the sock store, directly into the cupcake store. So they may be one and the same, or maybe just support each other. So if you have time, maybe check them out for yourself. Maybe I just got the wrong impression."
