"I arrived at 7 Brew today expecting the usual great customer service I’ve experienced at other locations. The staff member who took our order was very kind, had a great sense of humor, and he took the time to verify our order was correct. When we arrived at the window, the staff member who provided our drinks had a completely different demeanor. She stated what drinks were in our order then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks. When I asked her if she was sure the drinks were correct and mentioned them looking different, she asked me to try one. I assumed we were accidentally provided someone else’s order so I was thrown off by this request. I assumed she would verify another vehicle by us did not have the drink I mentioned mine looked like then have our drinks. Due to her request, I tried my drink and noticed it was not what I ordered. During this entire exchange, she glared at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I just asked to have the correct order I paid for and was not trying to be difficult. At this point, I felt so awkward that I told her I would take whatever drinks she gave me and go. She responded with a monotone okay have a good day. This experience was the most unpleasant I’ve ever had at 7 Brew and makes me question ever returning."

"first time ever visiting a 7 brew, and this location as well…. It was very good, we got the blondie, iced, with almond milk. And a small vanilla shake with no coffee, and they were both very good. Service was quick and they were friendly."

"went and enjoyed a cup of coffee for my daughter and friend...the man that took my order was rude and was yelling at the other employees that they weren't doing a good enough job. He was rude to me while he was taking my order also. We love 7brew as a whole and once it came to Jonesboro we don't go anywhere else. An employee making other employees looking bad at any time is not a good look for any business though."

"The service & drinks are always good. I always get the same drink but despite them repeating it back to me it’s always a toss up on if I’ll actually get it or not. Im lactose intolerant so I always ask for almond milk, I understand it gets extremely busy but once I pull away, taste it & it’s clearly regular milk that’s $7 wasted & I typically don’t have time to go back through the line."
