"This has been my go-to coffee spot since it opened and im only making this post because the phone number directs you straight to headquarters which doesn't help me at all in this situation. I got my usual this morning and halfway through sipped this into my mouth and spit it out immediately. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with flies as they can be quite annoying. Please make sure the workers are paying close attention to the drinks they are making and remind them about a clean working environment. I myself as a former barista have had to deal with problems like this and it is almost always due to lack of oversight. I am not sure if I will be returning to this location, or any for that matter as this was the best in Little Rock. Also, there's this new blonde girl who could definitely use some customer service training. I personally have not had any meaningful interactions with her. I apologize for not remembering names but generally everyone there is very nice and welcoming, particularly the tall gym bro and the girl with the ponytail who remembers our orders. A slight misstep today but I hope/know they're capable of great things, which is why my review is a 3 star."

"Anothered hyped up place. Was so excited to try. Over 8.00$ on 2 drinks. Would I try again? Idk...that coffee had no flavor. I got pecan something and it wasn't it. My daughter's blue raspberry tasted like snow cone syrup without the ice. 😕"

"Extremely overhyped. Ordered a candy cane mocha and instead got a regular iced coffee that tasted bad. Also got a holiday punch energy drink and it was just mid. It also took a long time to get our drinks and 3 cars ordered after us got their drinks first. We just ordered those two things no alterations and they still got one drink completely wrong. They didn’t really speak to us but to every other car they were posted up yapping halfway inside the vehicle. Just got a weird vibe there idk. Mid service and drinks. Wish we got what we ordered since we were so excited to try the holiday stuff."
