"This was my first and last time visiting this 7 Brew. The customer service was terrible. My order totaled approximately $8, and I ordered a hot chocolate along with a freeze. I assumed I was rung up for both. When I received my drink, the hot chocolate was missing. When I asked about it, the employee told me, “I didn’t know you wanted one,” and that was all… Lets also table the fact that I paid $8 for a single drink for now. I told her that I asked for the two most recent drinks, and that I could just go on and pay for it since it wasn’t put in the first time. A few minutes of waiting went by, and she then told me to pull up. I explained that I had other things to do and didn’t want to wait a long time. When the drink was finally brought out, I said thank you, but it was handed to me without any response and the employee simply just walked away. The same thing happened when I paid. I tipped, which is obviously visible to employees since they’re looking the whole time, and received no thank you or acknowledgment. She didn’t even smile. Regardless of the amount or expectation, tipping isn’t required and should be acknowledged. She again walked away without saying a word. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go to either location on JFK. Or better yet, an entirely different coffee shop like the dark side or even Starbucks."

"Normally when I go to a 7brew location, I leave with a smile on my face. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to at this new location. I was hardly spoken to, the girls in the drive were very sweet upon pulling up, but this one guy.. poor attitude TWICE within 5 minutes. (One of the girls even scoffed at him.) And then I got my coffee, and nothing from the girl at the station, she answered my question nicely, but a simple “have a good day” in customer service goes a long way. Just handed me my coffee and walked off. Oh, forget about the extra caramel drizzle I asked for, too. Smile a little and enjoy the job you decided to take on. Y’all determine most mornings for other folks."

"Today was my 1st visit to 7 brew & Lexie took GREAT CARE OF US!!!! She was so informative on what coffee I chose(just coffee right) lol! Lexie got me right! She was super nice & smiled the entire time! Her vibe will having me visiting again. Coffee 10/10… Lexie 10/10 lol!!!"

"First time through this 7 Brew.....They were blasting rap music through the speakers....could have done without that. Considering the location, guess it was to be expected. Coffee and service was good though. Would have given 5 stars without the music."

"Went to this new location to try it out since it’s right next to my job. The girl who took my order didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had a free drink and she said that I didn’t. Looked at my app and she didn’t even put my phone number in to check(it says my last visit was over a month ago, this was last week). Just told me I didn’t have one. Then the girl that handed me my drink was rude. She just didn’t come off nice. She was just like “here have a good one”"
