"I love Alchemy’s product, but they didn’t come through when it mattered. I planned a party and wanted fresh macarons. I checked their hours and they were open the day of my party! Perfect. However, when we arrived to the shop, it was inexplicably closed. Door locked, no explanation, in the middle of the day. Needless to say, I went to another bakery to purchase far less superior macarons…but you know what they say: a macaron in the hand is worth more than two in a closed store."
