"Yesterday 10/16/2025 I ordered on the app 8 drinks with a generous tip. When I came inside to pick up our order I was not greeted or acknowledged. I stood watching as cups were picked up and slammed down. The girls behind the counter did not seem happy or enjoying their roles. While I understand they were busy I heard the phone ring twice and a couple other customers came in behind me… it still doesn’t excuse the poor attitudes shown. Personally I visit these coffee shops a lot and felt this opportunity to bring them some extra business for a change instead of the big chain Starbucks like we normally order from weekly! I will never bring business here for a large order like this again. This atmosphere and experience was awful!! Drinks were made great! Service and atmosphere were terrible!!!"
