from Google & Yelp"I just went to this coffee shop. I asked them to steam my heavy cream but not to Steambit so my coffee wasn't boiling. They didn't listen. My coffee was so hot I had to let it sit my whole way home. When I went to grab it out of tge cup holder I could feel the cup was starting to crumble. My husband quickly grabbed my kids hot chocolate cup that was empty then grabbed a coffee mug. So irritating. It was so hot I couldn't even hold the cup. How can you serve coffee that hot to the point ruins the cup. What do you think it does to a person's mouth???"
