"Poor service today from Patrick. My wife ordered food to be brought up to room while doing her infusion took 2 hours to get food brought up. I was told by a nurse Patrick doesn't like delivering food to patients if they have a family member in room because he thinks they should come down and get it! My wife can't be left unattended during infusion she has had reactions causing her to go unconscious. Patients are already going through enough here at highlands oncology we don't need to have added stress from an employee who doesn't want to provide the delivery service that the cafe offers when purchasing food, because he feels we should come get the food because there are 2 of us here. He doesn't know everyone's situation. If I would of know he was like that I would never order from the cafe. This kind of behavior is unacceptable especially for patients and families going through cancer treatments. We would of never got my wife's food if the nurse didn't go down and get it. Horrible experience today. I hope this doesn't happen to any other patients."
