"Did not have a good experience. The rest of my party liked their food, but none could brag about the delivery time. I never got mine. When it did show up it was cold and nothing like the picture I ordered from. Then it took getting management involved to get a refund. They said they would be changing the menu photo and would be heading to the kitchen to see what the problem was. Offered to comp my breakfast. So … we will see."

"Please be aware if you come here you will have to wait no matter how many people are being served it will be a wait !! But I ordered 2 double cheeseburger combos fries were seasoned well and HOT the burger had a nice grilled char to it basically taste like a Burger King burger but it was good the young lady that took my order was welcoming I placed my order with ease and received my food in about 20-30mins they were busy when I arrived so I expected it to be a little wait but they do have a small menu it’s basically a coffee shop with pastries but if you need a quick bite and nice seating area I would recommend it"

"Employees more interested in chatting amongst themselves at 643am. Food is priced for a “casino” experience. No real cream for the coffee just little instant pods. It’s a coffee shop that has an identity crisis. It wants to be a real coffee shop but that last little bit of effort is just not there. They need a coffee shop expert to really fix some things. Here’s a perfect example of the identity crisis - the packaging. Half paper half plastic? Either go all one way or the other."

"I have to take back my earlier high reviews of this place! They literally never buzzed me that my order was ready! After waiting an hour, I went to ask about it. She check an order that was ready and told me it was not mine and mine was coming up next! Basically she lied, mine never came up and that was my order which that sat aside. After an hour and a half I requested a refund and the manager would not do a refund! Instead she put in the order again saying it would be fresh! Basically they re package that same old burger and threw in a piece of stale cake to try and appease me! What the hell! Never again will I patron the Grind! Not with that staff operating it! Gonna find my earlier review and delete it so y’all won’t be mis-guided (sorry Maddy)!"
