"Was looking for a quick bite. Google and found this gem. :) I'm so glad we stopped here. The service was great. The food was very well served and delicious. The only pointer I might give is the green Chile with pork plate. After boiling the meat, let it get a little brown in the pan. It will give it a great look. My kid, whose super picky loved the enchiladas plate. Overall, I think we found a good place to come eat whenever we're in town."

"Earl's Castle has an extensive menu full of classic Americana favorites coupled with Tex-Mex style dishes. I was especially impressed with the fact that they make their own Ranchero sauce, plus the homemade salsa served free (if you ask), with chips is delectable! I do recommend the Chimichanga because of the authentic shredded beef, Ranchero and tortilla cooked to perfection. But, I heard the raves about the meatloaf and chicken fried steak as well. The service is great too. Nancy is as sweet as the lemonade she serves and so attentive to the party, what a doll. Today was our first visit, we will be back. A+"
