"Maple House Coffee is such a darling spot in Downtown Chandler. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee. There is plenty of seating outside, which makes it perfect for chatting with a friend or enjoying the fresh air. Inside, the space is a bit smaller with limited seating, but it still feels warm and inviting. The staff is kind, the drinks are delicious, and everything feels thoughtfully made. It is the kind of place where you can easily settle in for a good conversation or stop by to get some work done in a calm, comfortable setting. Maple House Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite local spots in Chandler, and I look forward to coming back again soon. ☕💛"

"This is a fun spot tucked away in DT Chandler. Came here for brunch on a week day and it was pretty crowded! Definitely a great spot to work remotely from, which a lot of people were doing. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It's not a large location but very spacious. They have a bar inside with seating, multiple fireplaces, booths, couches, and more. Outlets scattered throughout too. Decent sized menu overall. Brunch food options, coffee, and a full bar with beers on tap! I tried the Dirty Spiced Chai and was very impressed with it. Definitely would get again! Looking forward to coming back to Maple House again!"

"Maple House is a must visit coffee shop in Downtown Chandler. This wonderful coffee house definitely passes the vibe check. The open concept makes for easy ordering. There are many different areas to sit and chat. The outside patios offer small quaint meeting areas for guest. The coffee is very good with a large variety choices."

"Maple House was good, and only good. They deserve a lot of credit for maintaining such a beautiful space and a comfy atmosphere. This is the basis of my rating. Coffee was nothing to write home about at Maple House. The sweet iced latte the others in our group ordered were good in flavor and sweetness, lacking coffee boldness. This place cannot make a flat white to save its life, it tasted like a watery latte with no trace of coffee. The americano holds up. If you’re nearby it’s nice but do not go out of your way if it’s a drive."
