"I've had 5-star service here before, but today was awful! I had to explain my order 5 times (a Danish, a cookie, and a coffee) when they finally made the coffee; it was iced! I never said iced. Opened the bag, wrong cookie! so sad. We can do better. Try not talking to your friends the whole time you're working..."

"I work right by this coffee shop so I go there for the convenience. It's alright. Sometimes the workers just talk to each other and don't make drinks but it's usually pretty fast. They use different stuff than starbucks other than the coffee, which I'm not sure is worse but it's not what I'm used to so it throws me sometimes. But it's right there and takes tax free dining dollars. Anyways, they have strawberry shortcake parfaits there that are my favorite snack, so I'll keep going if they keep having them."
