"Very cool rustic wood decor environment with lots of tea options and tea for sale. The menu was larger than I expected and had several panini options for around $12. Other options are bagels and salads. It’s a cozy space right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff! VictorB"

"I had hoped not to have to write a review such as this for any company, yet here I am. Came in with my daughter and friends today and ordered four beverages, one of which was a peppermint hot chocolate. When the drinks arrived, all was well with the exception of the hot chocolate. It was flavorless. Watered down hot chocolate mix and no hint of peppermint. My daughter took the drink back to the counter and explained. She was met with a rude response from an older lady working the register. No remake was offered, nor was a refund. Not wanting me to be without a drink, my daughter ordered and paid for a chai tea. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service insures we will never return to this establishment again."

"Friendly and welcoming customer service. There are plenty of tables inside to relax and enjoy your tea, and they do have a dog-friendly outdoor table though I only noticed one. I tried the rose tea, which was pleasant but nothing exceptional. One thing to keep in mind: parking in this area can be tricky, so plan ahead."

"My wife and I have been coming here for two-three years. We usually love the drinks and food. The vibe is usually great. It has been a special place for us. However we have noticed a recent staff change. I have had no qualms with the staff until today (Sunday January 4th). One of the local homeless men was standing outside a bit a ways from the shop. The staff began talking quite loudly about all of the local homeless men in downtown. This man wasn’t doing anything wrong and again was aways from the shop. The entire conversation felt unnecessary to be having on company time and it was too loud. Everyone in the shop could hear it. A father and his sons, came in to order. They had to wait a few minutes because the girls were too busy discussing all of the homeless men. My wife and I were kind of turned off by the experience so we packed up our stuff and respectfully brought our tea pot back up to the counter. My wife was given a dirty look by the girl that took it because we did not quite finish it. We love this shop but the behavior from staff felt both disrespectful and unprofessional."
