"I had to hang out in the area for a couple hours one morning. So I was hoping to find a nice little coffee shop that I could sit and work for a bit. Decided to check this out. I was not disappointed. This place is awesome. Great atmosphere. The mocha is good. And when the weather is right, one of the best views around as you sit outside and watch the fountain. I will definitely be back."

Unfortunately, the experience is completely undermined by one of the most rude and unprofessional servers I’ve encountered in a long time. The attitude was dismissive, short, and openly unpleasant—no warmth, no basic courtesy, and no interest in providing even minimal customer service. What makes it worse is that this behavior happened in front of the owner, who stood by and did absolutely nothing. No correction. No acknowledgment. No concern. That tells you everything you need to know."
