"I’ve been coming here for years to get discounted desserts Saturday night at 8pm. Tonight I got absolutely gas lighted by an employee. Telling me it’s never been a thing and the discount has only ever applied to the top row of the cold dessert case. Dozens of times I have gotten discounted cheesecake AND pies at this location. I am severely disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location."

"Went out of my way to go to kneaders for breakfast sandwiches. They used to come in a box I believe with hashbrowns and they were big and delicious. Now you get one piece of ham one egg no cheese and no mayonnaise. Prices go up quality comes down"

"Just stopped by for a pastry and there were no people in the drive through and yet it took 5 minutes for them to even come to the window. At the window I had seen a picture of a sandwhich that looked good. It shouldn’t have taken long to put two pre made pastries into a clamshell from the jump. But then when I got home with my $12 dollar sandwich I was thoroughly disappointed. The sandwich looked to have the scraps thrown into the center of the bread instead of an actual well made sandwich. If you’re going to charge that much for a sandwhich you should at least make the food match the bread and not look like slop. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, I will not be returning. I do love the food at Kneaders but with rising prices and lower quality, it’s not worth the trip anymore."
