"If I could give 10 stars on customer service alone I would! From smiles, friendliness down to the perfection of my cold brew. I asked for just a tiny splash of half and half and she knew instantly I want to taste my cold brew. Look at the color- perfect. The vibe I hear is great. You can sit and sip and enjoy some company or walk and shop the store. Located in Air Guitar this location is fun. Do yourself a favor and stop here. If you’re lucky you’ll see what great customer service and delicious drinks are all about. My daughter loves matcha and her matcha latte was perfect. My cold brew again was made just how I like it and no acidic aftertaste. I’m only bummed they don’t offer heavy whipping cream here. This stop was a total win!"

"Coffee is not bad…. Got a cappuccino, i had better ones before. But can we talk cup size and prices? Holy guacamole $5.39 and I’ve never gotten a smaller cappuccino cup before!!! I feel like I’m in a miniature movie!"

"I generally have a great experience at Air Guitar’s Steadfast Coffee location. Today after ordering, I asked what age Steadfast starts hiring at. The cashier tells me that they only hire baristas with experience but she is the youngest employee that they have at 18 years old, even though they start hiring at 15 or 16. It was very self gratuitous and discouraging, her attitude was familiar to me, like a mean girl that is in the club and tells other people that they’re not qualified to be in the club. I’m glad I asked and didn’t send my daughter in, because I don’t think that kind of work culture is what we’re looking for anyways. On the bright side, the barista actually making the coffee has always been sweet and she does a great job, and as always the coffee was great!"

"I’m a little biased because my daughter is a part-time barista here, but Steadfast Coffee is a 10/10 for coffee in the east valley. Their processes and precision in pulling shots to their house made syrups make every finished beverage top-tier. I’m a customer for life. And bonus that Air Guitar is a fun and convenient place to stop in regularly. If you are craving breakfast tacos with your coffee the brisket is my favorite."

"Traveling through and trying new coffee places, this was my favorite. I got the Mexican Mocha Iced Latte SO good. The breakfast tacos seem pricey for the size but they do fill you up. Came back the again for another! The lady the first time was so nice and attentive, The girl today was talking on the phone for a bit having me wait, but it did sound like an inventory call so nothing bad, and she was nice and quick"
