"We decided to step out of our normal coffee routine and try a small business coffee shop- we ordered our drink with extra shots of espresso, and paid that extra money for them , only to still have half of our drink in the mixer after pouring our cups- that means we didn’t get all the extra shots we paid for - we asked if we could have the left over since we paid for those extra shots, the lady said “no we don’t do that anymore” and we replied with “well half of what we paid for is still in the mixer” she said “I sure hope not” and went on to help other customers. The least they could have done was give back whatever we paid for the extra shots we paid for and didn’t get in our drink. We will just continue to stick to our big business coffee shops as they seem to take care of their customers and believe customer satisfaction is important!"
