"If your going to shut the expresso machines down 25 minutes before close, don't sell drinks requiring espresso. I specifically asked if the machines were already shut down because you've done this in the past numerous times and attempt to make it with iced coffee of some sort and it's horrible"

"Customers are essential to every business, big or small. With that being said, I always come to this place, when I visit my loved ones in Havasu, for the warm smiles, friendly staff and great coffee. Today was not a good experience. I stopped by around 1200 to order four drinks and there were only 2 cars. I was greeted by an older man with little to no emotions, who told me I was going to be serve by one of the other servers. The other server was equally as unfriendly and enthusiastic. I ordered four drinks with light ice, yet all my drinks were full of ice…😒. On top of that, it took them over 15 minutes to make the drinks, with only two customers. I was reconsidering going to Starbucks instead. Maybe it was an off day, which I understand, I’ll see how it is when I come back next time."
