"First time here and we really enjoyed the experience. Cute little dining area with a patriotic feel. Turn the camera sideways to view the picture. The green chili bake is unique! Layers of green chili, cheese, and an egg/flour mix that’s like a quiche chile relleno batter. Definitely a heart meal! Served with a generous portion of sour cream, cabbage, celantro and red onion."

"We were looking for a breakfast place and saw the good reviews for Cafe Hodgepodge so we gave them a try. It is a nice quaint place with a very friendly staff. The first thing is the coffee, I like good strong bold coffee and that’s just what they sever. It was bold and dark and just yummy. I had the half order of biscuits and gravy and I had a side of sausage. Really tasty and well prepared. My wife had the waffles and she loved hers also. We can’t wait to go back agin. Just a really nice place with good food."

"Well let me start off with the food being very delicious!! I had the mushroom burger and the meat was very tasty and good quality and the mushrooms fresh and done to perfection.the only complaint I have is the price at 17.99, as it wasn't a large burger just your average size and the potatoes that came with with very tasty but thin and small in size. Also the pickle spear was very good too that it came with!! My friend ordered the half order of biscuits and gravy that also come with their tasty potatoes and a side of fruit. The price of 8.99 was fair I felt for that although one egg added would have been a plus. The biscuit was light and fluffy and very good and the gravy was also delicious! The fruit was honey dew and cantelope and it was sweet. Overall if you don't mind paying higher prices then you'll love this place as the food is very homemade and delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive and the dining area very clean. 👍"

"I’m happy and full after eating here! The workers are SO sweet!!!!! Very friendly as well as the regular other patrons! This feels like my small hometown type of cafe which I LOVE! French toast was soo fluffy and tasty! Biscuits and gravy ALSO very much recommend! Everything was so delicious - will definitely be back!!"
