"I loved spending the day writing in this cozy shop! The coffee was tasty and the vibe was just right. They hosted a bookclub meeting while I was there on a Tuesday afternoon and it was such a joy to see a group of senior book lovers get together to support each other through their health journeys. If I was here longer I would check out some of their other book club events! Seemed like such a fun time!"

"The fact that this is a destination coffee shop yet very nearly full to capacity on my visit speaks a great deal to its attractivenes. At 10:30 on a Friday morning the shop was packed with people who drove specifically to patronize the shop. There were groups of women with (quiet) preschool children in tow, there were individuals working on their laptops, small groups of two or three friends, and some people sipping their coffee while reading a book (of all things to do in a Bookstore/coffee shop.) At the time of my visit, 90% of the seats were occupied, but I did find a place to sit at the bar looking out the front windows. There was one table available in the outdoor patio, but this was Arizona in August and it was already 99° outside. I only sampled the drip coffee. It was a medium light roast, very flavorful and smooth, and reasonably priced. I did not to sample the assortment of pastries, but they certainly looked attractive. In the end, I decided this was a neighborhood coffee shop, despite the fact that no one can walk here from home and it is essentially a drive up destination. It seems like a great place to meet friends, or a reasonably quiet space to get some digital work done while enjoying a good coffee."

"Excellent drinks, book and gift selection, and even more excellent vibes. This is a great place to go get something to drink and just read, journal or chat with a friend in the comfortable seating. Being surrounded by all the cute things to buy (books included!) is fun even if you don't have the money for it all right now... You can get a little something."
