What People Are Saying
from Google"Good coffee brought to us by an amazing family/community. I was delighted when I walked in two days after opening by pure coincidence. I was just randomly looking for new coffee spots in the Valley and stumbled upon Beal Beans 5 minutes from my work. What can I say! I use them exclusively for my home espresso setup (have one of their refill tins), I go there almost every week at this point for a latte, their pastries are wonderful (especially the ones by official Nonna!), and their care for the community is shown. Many different roasts to choose from for home brewing, they enjoy their craft. I love their dark roast and always find myself coming back to their Honduras medium. Come for the amazing coffee, which I promise will not let you down and keep coming back to support their growth!"
"I had the most incredible experience at this coffee shop! I ordered their pistachio latte, and let me tell you, it was amazing! The flavor was so rich and smooth, and I could tell they used real pistachio cream, which made all the difference. It had the perfect balance of nuttiness and sweetness, without being overly heavy or artificial tasting like some other pistachio lattes I've had. The coffee itself was strong and well-brewed, and the texture was velvety smooth. Honestly, this is one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. If you’re a pistachio fan, do yourself a favor and try this one. Highly recommend!"
"A place that takes their pour over coffee game seriously! Have had their Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Yirgacheffe coffees and every cup is better than the last. Also they open at 6:30 so perhaps your only option for specialty coffee that early. Pashley, Cole and Gabby are awesome baristas that make the experience just that much better."
"Beal Beans is a great new addition to Central Phoenix. It’s clearly a local shop that cares about the quality of their coffee; the beans are well-roasted and the vanilla latte was incredibly smooth, not overly sweet. I go to a lot of coffee shops, and this one stands out- quality drinks, relaxed vibe, and a strong community feel."
"I stopped at Beal Beans because a barista at another shop recommended them. Next time I was near Sunnyslope, I dropped in. We had a cortado (nice temperature, good roast) and an espresso tonic with a bit of sarsaparilla syrup (the barista's suggestion). The tonic had a nice balance between the espresso flavor and the sarsaparilla, and they complemented each other well. I'll have to try a few more items next time we visit."
