"I've only been here once, for a research study/discussion on today's political climate. It was after dark and fairly difficult to find the complex in general, never mind specific rooms in specific buildings. It wasn't as well lit outside as I would have liked but Security Guards were easily observable. The inside was clean and the seating quite comfortable."
