This time the drink and surroundings were still nice overall, but the service at the counter felt dismissive. The staff member barely acknowledged me while ordering, and when I double-checked my drink I was met with a snapped response. When I later realised the drink had been made incorrectly, I didn’t feel comfortable going back to have it corrected because of that interaction. Unfortunately, it took away from the experience and I won’t be returning."

Warm, kind, and just the right amount of “we know you’re ordering the honey lavender latte because you saw it on TikTok, but we’re not judging.” And let me tell you, that latte did not disappoint perfectly floral, just sweet enough, and paired beautifully with their cinnamon roll, which was so good it had me questioning every life decision that led me to think I could survive without pastries. Now, because I’m honest (and maybe a little dramatic): the food options are limited. If you’re hoping for a full brunch spread, you’ll be left staring wistfully at your latte while imagining eggs Benedict that aren’t coming. And parking? Let’s just say, you’ll circle long enough to consider whether caffeine is worth your sanity. (Spoiler: it is.) Overall, Daydreamer is one of those rare coffee shops where you can actually daydream, whether about your life, your next chapter, or just how many cinnamon rolls you can get away with ordering before someone notices."
