"Such a chill, lowkey, vibey spot in Phoenix! I really enjoyed the service and my drink as extremely tasty. I liked that the person behind the counter suggested their favorite drink and it was so so tasty!! Definitely outside my comfort zone, but I was so pleased with the Coco Channel!! "I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was vibrant, artistic, and full of character—it felt like stepping into a creative place. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the muffin I had was fresh and delicious. They also sell a variety of local items like T-shirts, handmade clothes, books, posters, and notebooks, which gives the space a unique boutique feel. It’s a great spot to browse while sipping your drink. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I don't know if he was management or just a barista, but the guy was rude when we questioned about the lack of the miso cold foam on the drink I purchased. This drink was not worth the price and the gaslighting and attitude was the topper. If you have a new menu item that could potentially fail in presentation or flavor, then let the customers know in advance, but don't try to shame the customer for being brave enough to order it and then call you out on the shortcomings. Its a cute cafe, but the pretencious experience encourages me to stick with corporate Starbucks."

"Been looking forward to trying their cold brew for a while but they never have it in stock (always told it never came on a truck) today they finally had it and the guy behind the counter was kind, but for a $7+ cold brew (after tip), he didn’t fill it up— a bit confusing as to why I would return at this point for lack of availability and not very cost effective. I’ll pay a little more for a coffee to support local, but at least fill it up for me. The cold brew is also on the lighter side of a roast, so if you like darker I’d recommend trying a different spot."

"This was a cool place to visit and spend some time in downtown Phoenix. Like most places in the area parking can be a little challenging, but the location is surprisingly spacious for downtown and the coffee is decent! I especially liked the various seating options, decorations, adjoined clothing stores, and the fact that they do live events. The service was especially good, and our barista was knowledgeable and able to give great recommendations. This is definitely a spot worth hitting up!"
