"My wife and I visited, and were not necessarily blown away by any means. The food was decent. It had good flavor, but there were some glaring miscues that I felt didn’t elevate the dishes. The BEC was very bread-heavy. I spent most of the time making my way through the bun, while I feel like a traditional BEC would rather be content-focused. We also got the Kick Starter Sammie, which was again, solid, but the bagel was cut extremely poorly, so the undercarriage was compromised, resulting in a floppy, soggy mess. The place itself was cool. Located on the corner of a busy intersection, boasting a warm inside and a breezy dining area. I thought that aspect was great. For the pretty-penny you pay, I think it’s a nice place for small families/ friends in town, but I think your dollar could be better spent at plenty other cafes."

"If you want to eat yesterdays guacamole on a single piece of noble bread then try the avocado toast, just make sure you don’t ask for feta on the side because that’s just way too complicated for the cooks to understand. Wash it down with some sour OJ to complete your dining experience."

"Bacon turkey avocado sandwich with pesto spread was so amazing. Bacon was excellent and peppery, turkey was generously sliced and fresh, bread was great. Dilled potato salad was also better than most. Got the big breakfast as well and all was good except the butter was frozen and no preserves were offered. Lemonade and grapefruit drinks are fresh squeezed. Will return. Noisy and lively full of diners. Staff was attentive."
