What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The best coffee, shop and team in all of Arizona. That’s not opinion. That’s fact. :) I’m part of a business group that meets here weekly and every single time it’s a beautiful experience. The owner, Damian, is a super human who treats every member of the community and every person on his team as if they are the most important person in the world. Add to it that they have amazing coffee, snacks and a beautiful atmosphere and it’s clear why Serafina is doing so well. Every business owner could learn from him. And every person in Arizona should make this their go to spot. I’ve been 50 times and will be back every week (sometimes multiple times a week) as long as the doors open. Your communism’s your employees love you Damian. We also love the team. You’re all amazing and deserve all the success you can handle."
"EDIT: Owner is snarky. Spoke with a few people in our group and they actually met the owner. See for yourself. Original:Not really what I expected I had asked for recommendations and girl at register recommended and Maple Latte and a Apple Rum Latte. I specifically told her I do not want anything with Rum and I thought she understood me and charged me $8 for the Latte. I was so disappointed when I saw the cup that she wrote on "Rum" latte. Not sure if this was a joke or what but I threw it away as I walked out. I am not coming back. The atmosphere was giving me bad vibes a lot of older grumpy folks with their dogs who did not have vests on to indicate if they were services dogs. The fur was flying around everywhere, the pastries were open on the counter behind the glass. I just feel like I wasted my time trying this coffee shop out."
"I went during the workweek (Thursday morning) and the shop was really busy. There was a good mix of people; some working we remotely like me, other groups chatting around a table (seemed like a business meeting), older couples out for breakfast, and some on video calls. The indoor lounge area has music that isn't very conducive for work meeting calls, but if you have a meeting-free day, this is a good environment to work from. There are tables outside too and the music isn't quite so loud so you could also do calls out there. Important Note: There are only 2 power outlets in the entire place so make sure that your battery is fully charged. I also didn't see any kids / families, but the crowd may change during the weekend. It seems likely as there were kids books on the shelf near the couches inside."
"Probably the best coffee I've ever had. Plus it is super rare to find a coffee place with drinks under $8 pre tax nowadays. When you charge affordable prices for coffee drinks, the crowds will show up-reason why you see Starbucks empty nowadays. Me and my bf got an Aztec and Nutella mocha as well as an Italian stallion sandwich and a cinnamon roll 🤤🤤. Thank you for being such a much-needed gem in the community! Went today and they had a jazz music event so it was also a bit loud but not unbearable. Doing the lord's work with these prices 😍"
"this place used to be so good! not sure what happened. i brought my sister here for the first time after hyping it up to her, but they might have new staff working because they didn’t really understand what we were ordering and so they made one of the drinks wrong. i also just bought a bag of beans and they were never sealed shut. Also the matcha isn’t great. i got it with extra match and it still looks / tastes milky. Lots of seating available."
"Loved the atmosphere! The autumn spice tea & caprese sandwich were great. My favorite coffee shop I've been to since moving here 6 months ago!"
