"The Collins Small Batch Kitchen is a total gem, delivering on their promise of small-batch perfection. This place immediately became a favorite after trying just two items that absolutely blew me away. First, the Charred Brussels Sprouts. If you think you don't like sprouts, try these. They were perfectly crispy, smoky from the charring, and seasoned beautifully. They manage to be both rich and light at the same time—a must-order appetizer. But the real star of the show was the Short Rib Mac N Cheese. Wow. This dish is pure, indulgent comfort food taken to a gourmet level. The macaroni was coated in a creamy, velvety cheese sauce, and the short rib pieces were incredibly tender and rich. It was deeply satisfying and easily one of the best Mac N Cheeses I've ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The Collins proves that focusing on quality ingredients and great execution pays off. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Five stars all the way!"

"Severely underrated restaurant in Scottsdale. Everything here was fantastic. The noble bread and butter was amazing, crispy on the outside hot in the inside with a yummy salty butter. The star was definitely the crabcake with side salad, it was filling and flavorful with lots of crab. The salmon was great too. We will definitely be back!"

"We made our second visit (4 of us) to The Collins a couple of days ago. Our first visit was just a few weeks ago and I would have rated everything 4 & 5 stars. Our most recent visit was pretty much a disaster. We had 6:45pm reservations for 4 people and were promptly seated at a small round table right behind the hostess booth and the front door. It was nearly impossible to hear the waiter describe the specials because of the noise coming from the 8-top table next to us. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine, the nightly special, the nightly branzino fish special, and a large twisted noodle salad to split. Our waiter was courteous, but that’s the only thing we enjoyed. Our table was so small that when entrees arrived there was no room for them without removing the candle and the rest of the center items. The branzino was cooked with the skin on so it was way too fishy. The daily pizza special was literally soaked in what should have been “lightly drizzled” balsamic vinegar. The crust was completely soaked and the pizza actually dripped vinegar when I tried to pick it up. Our friend’s salad that they split was as good as always, but they too were totally upset about our seating and the fact that we couldn’t hear each other all night. We left a standard 20% tip but vowed not to return. Common Collins…we know you can do much better than this!"

"We love coming here when we are just too lazy and don’t want to cook. Tonight I had two cocktails so I’m going to be pretty detailed in my commentary… The food was amazing. I am not a french fry person, but when I got the fried grouper sandwich I sort of freaked out and ate all of the match stick fries. They were amazing and that’s coming from somebody, who’s not a big fry person. We also enjoyed the fresh shrimp appetizer and we always get the brussels sprouts because it’s like starting your meal with dessert. It is so darn good. I couldn’t even get a picture before it was annihilated. Great restaurant. Great cocktails (obviously). Great servers. It just feels like home and we live in the Biltmore neighborhood, so this is where we like to go. Enjoy."
