"Great coffee spot in Lakeside. We stopped by around closing time on a cold day and they were kind enough to accommodate us without any rush, which we really appreciated. The coffee and drinks were great, and the service was fast and friendly. A welcoming place with good coffee. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area."

"I may not be a professional in the coffee world, but I dabble enough in the field to recognize great roasts to mediocre craps people love to drown creamers and heaven knows what. We came up for a half-week of enjoyment and explored the area. So many coffee shops, using similar and the same roasted peas, but they never came out the same. Only an avid roaster and brewer, or someone shared the methods behind the preparation and brewing techniques, could create a great cup of brewed coffee. This place was it. Other places, I simply drink a bit, and tossed the rest since the brews tasted more like light flavored water than a proper cup of coffee. The coffee I ordered was a hot cup of coffee, which was dead-on. Temperature was perfect, aroma was spot on, low acidity and excellent mellowness, and the dark-med dark combo blend created the light bitter but rich bold dark taste that lacked in many chain coffee stores, or even local coffee shops that purchased from external roasted peas which were too old to have a great flavor. Don't come to the store for a guest service experience, although the owners would be happy to converse with you as long as you are cordial without being demanding. Listen to their advices on the drinks since the roasting and blends are unique to the given specialty mix for the tailored drinks unless you have dietary restrictions. Again, don't drown the unique coffee tasting experience with tons of cream, milk, other non-essential flavors, and let the rich flavors take you on a rare rollercoaster ride."

"Best Coffee location on the mountain. They roast their own coffee in house! Great variety of coffee blends for every coffee lover. We love their selection of Italian sodas too. Highly recommend stopping in by yourself or with your group."

"My family is in town for the weekend and my husband and I decided to support a local coffee shop. We walked in around 8am, and the lady behind the counter, appeared to be the owner, didn't greet us or even look up at us. That should have been our que to leave, I said "good morning" and still not even a glance, just a forced "morning" came out of her mouth. We ordered two coffees and when we asked if she had heavy cream, she seemed disgusted that it was even a question and stated "No, I only have half and half." As we waited for our order another gentleman walked in and she then beamed with a "Good morning!" and addressed the gentleman by name. She continued a conversation with him and never looked at us or thanked us for our business. The only pleasant part of the visit was the cute young lady that made and delivered our coffee to us. She was very kind and served with a smile. We will NEVER be back due to the entitlement and rude demeanor. The coffees were great either."

"Absolutely the best coffee shop in Pinetop, I come down here about once a month for a few days up to a week and every morning I look forward to coming down to Pinetop Coffee House to get my coffee. The owner is a really nice man and it brings such joy seeing the local coffee shop Weiner dog (Faith) that just brightens up my morning even more. They also have a wide variety of drinks so you never get bored. By far my favorite coffee shop. Would recommend to absolutely anyone and everyone!! 5 STARS"
