"My wife and I wanted to try something different so I searched for breakfast spots near me. A few came up that we've been to before. Great places but this place was a new spot we haven't tried. So we decided to go and it is one of those hidden gems for mexican food. Parking might be challenging if parking in the front due to other businesses but there is parking in the back. The inside is very open and inviting. It's a order at the counter type place and the staff will bring your food to you. We ordered a breakfast burrito which was delicious, and the potatoes were great. Light crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The coffee was fresh and the owner is also the cook who is super friendly. Luis has great customer service. Thank you to the staff. We will bring the family the next time we come which is soon."

"This Coffee House/Restaurant is quite the gem. We were looking for a quiet place to have a coffee get work done in the morning and stay long enough for lunch before needing to head back to the valley. The atmosphere is calming and comfortable. Staff is so pleasant and have a true desire to make dining and working here a welcoming experience. We started coffees and a danish. It was wonderful to request light on the sweetness and have the coffee be just perfect. We ate the tamales for lunch and they were outstanding as well. We strongly recommend Carlitos Cafe and will come back again the next time we are in Prescott Valley."

"My wife and I were in town for the weekend and wanted some good coffee and breakfast. So glad we stopped to try this place. This is our new favorite breakfast spot in Prescott. The coffee was delicious and the chilaquiles was incredible! And the staff was very friendly! Don’t hesitate. Just go here and enjoy."

"The service here is incredible!! The food is outside. I love that their fruit cups are so fresh. They also have one of the best dirty chai coffees I've ever had. I highly recommend their chorizo and egg burritos. We loved the door so much we came back a second day."

"My wife & I stopped by the Stepping Stones Thrift store in Prescott Valley. I was starving & pleased to find a food truck parked outside the store. It was a little later in the afternoon & they were in the process of closing for the day but tat did not stop Louis from serving me at all. He was so gracious in going over there menu & even though he was in the process of closing, he made all options available to me. I went for the street tacos which were absolutely fabulous! Louise was so patient in explaining the menu to me, so friendly in engaging w/me as he prepared my food & focused on me as I took the first bite to ensure everything was OK. It's one thing to enjoy amazing food which this was! But extra special to enjoy the type of friendly, & patient service that Louis provided. Even if your not in the vicinity of the Stepping Stones Thrift store, I'd recommend making the trip to this food truck as the food & service is worth the trip. I look forward to stopping into the actual restaurant the next time I;m up in Prescott Valley:)"
