"4 different Times my Family & my inlaws have called & emailed Firehouse Coffee about the decline in the Coffee quality. The Dark Roast isn't being Roasted long enough & taste like a lite mid Roast. The 5lb bags are not 5lbs full of coffee which is unfortunate since they are now Raising pricing!!! So things Don't change, & quality is Not Met, 4 different subscribers will be Moving to BlackRifle Coffee!"

The entrance to the parking area could better indicate that the "shop is open" instead of the appearance of a distribution area.
