What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I’ve visited the Raven twice this last month. On both occasions, I ordered their Mushroom Swiss Burger as this is one of my favorite burger combinations. They list the burger as K4 gourmet beef, raised locally, and hormone-free Angus, served on a brioche bun. I had high hopes. My first visit was on a cool evening, so my wife and I ate on the patio upstairs, where there is an amazing mosaic adorning the patio on one side. It’s a great place to have a relaxing meal. They cooked the burger cooked medium-rare, just as I like it. The fries were as one should expect. The meal was a delight! I returned a week later with my brother-in-law and ordered the same burger. This time I tried the coleslaw. Sadly, the burger was quite dry as they had overcooked the burger to well-done. There was no juice left in the patty. The burger came out so fast; I wonder if they precooked the patty and rewarmed it for service, as done in cafeterias. The coleslaw lacked any flavor; so that was a miss. My brother-in-law ordered the beet salad with chicken and said it was very good. When ordering, the process flow is that you place your order at the counter and take a number to your table. I don’t really have an issue with this approach, except that once the food runner delivers the food to the table, no one stops by to see if the food is OK, or you need anything else. If you want anything more to drink, or to order, or if there is an issue, you must chase someone down. At least that was our experience up on the patio upstairs. Since we went to the restaurant after the rush both times, it wasn’t crowded, and the service and food quality shouldn’t have been affected. I won’t write Raven off my list and may give them another try. Hopefully, management will look into their service model and improve service and the back of the house to improve in the consistency of quality, as they've proven they can make a great burger. They just need to do it consistently."
"Visited Raven Cafe on New Year’s morning for breakfast and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The cafe itself has such a charming, classic design that instantly makes you feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast exceeded expectations fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, a great start to the year! Everything was spotless, from the tables to the overall space, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Raven Cafe for anyone looking for a cozy, high-quality meal and breakfast spot in Prescott. Will definitely be coming back!"
"I was so happy that after 7 years the beet salad was still on the menu! W/o the feta it’s vegan! The vegan tacos were amazing and their coffee is phenomenal! So worth the trip back!"
"Such a fun atmosphere! Great portion sizes and so many gluten free and dairy free options. It was so nice to have a cookie that was gluten free be prominently displayed and not like the red headed gluten free step child. Everything was delicious and generous portion sizes. Would highly recommend!"
"Delicious vegan tacos and nachos 🌱 - the only vegan options on the dinner menu, but absolutely worth it. We also ordered the hummus plate without feta, and it was great. A perfect, much-needed stop in the middle of a long drive from the Grand Canyon to Tucson"
"The Ruben sandwich was amazing Service was fast and friendly The ambience was very cool"
