"We've been coming to Passport for many years. We love the amazing customer service and selection. They usually have a tea or coffee you can sample in the front which allows us to try new ones to fall in love with. Our go to is buying the green Japanese matcha tea in bulk but we've tried and enjoyed many others including the prickly pear green tea and jasmine pearl green tea. We accidently purchased the black vanilla and it is really good! The Earl grey doesn't have quite enough bergamot for my taste but that's the only tea I'm not obsessed with from them. I really appreciate how most of the teas come in sturdy canisters that are reusable. Most tea places only give you cheap pouches or bags. Check this place out! I've been to many other tea shops across the country and in the Scottsdale area and none come close to this spot."

"We had this very fine coffee at a fancy restaurant and asked and were told that it was from Passport Coffee. Since then we are regularly getting our freshly roasted coffee beans shipped by them every month. The quality of the beans is excellent. And the customer service is even better! They are extremely helpful. I would recommend them very highly and without any reservation."

"I used to get my coffee from a now-defunct online roaster. In the mean time I had been buying Lavazza Italian Roast. Not great coffee, as it tastes as though it was roasted in 1974. An employee - and I'm so sorry I didn't get your name - was very helpful in helping me pick something. She described the differences. I got the Portofino Espresso. I'm home now, and the espresso is amazing. I had nearly forgotten what a good head of crema looked like. The taste is amazing. I've found a new supplier of beans. Passport Coffee & Tea has a subscription service to get your coffee delivered straight to your door. Extra star for that! "Was at Butterfield's restaurant and asked what kind of amazing coffee they used. Ordered 6 bags of coffee pods for our Keurigs from Passport site. AMAZING, BEST COFFEE EVER TASTED! Also like that pods are 100% compostable and our local Scotsdale, Arizona company processes it! Will NEVER buy any grocery store pod brands again! WOW!! Going to try your tea next!"

"This is a great place to get some high quality coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the product variety very good. They have a great selection of organic single origin coffee as well as many blends. I grabbed some Guatemalan, Ethiopian and a small bag of Costa Rican for a gift. So far the Guatemalan is great example of that country's coffee. If you are looking for some high quality coffee I would highly recommend this place."
