"The drinks are good, but I’ve stopped ordering my coffee how I like it because it seems the baristas only know how to make drinks one way… I also find it a bit ridiculous that you can earn rewards from buying an iced latte, but cannot redeem an iced latte. What’s the point? I got my drink half sweet meaning I got less pumps of syrup for the same price, that’s expected. I asked for a White Mocha drizzle after I received my drink, and I was told it would be a charge of 85¢. I find that unfair considering I already paid for an accounted amount of syrup that I didn’t even get. Drinks and service are great, but the principles of this place make me not want to return…"
