"I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Every time I give BOSA Donuts another chance, I walk away more disappointed than before. The woman who helped me during my last visit was clearly in a bad mood and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, my entire order was wrong. Not just one donut or a small detail, the whole thing. I had to repeat myself multiple times, but it felt like she wasn’t even listening. When I finally got my bag, nothing matched what I had asked for. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get close to what you ordered. On top of that, there’s zero variety here. It’s always the same donuts, the same limited selection, and nothing ever changes. You’d think a donut shop would try to keep things exciting or at least rotate flavors once in a while, but not here. It’s boring, predictable, and lazy. Overall, this place has gone downhill. Bad service, wrong orders, and no creativity. If you’re looking for friendly service or fresh options, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Save your money and skip BOSA Donuts."

"Ordered the ham jalapeno and cheese croissant, received one with no jalapeno. It wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, we were the only customers inside. I think the employees are just extremely inattentive. Iced coffee was fine, glazed twist was good. Meh."

"They dnt wear gloves while handling breakfast sandwiches or lunch sandwiches. Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, smelled very bad and out of date. My lunch turkey sandwich was awful taste, I didnt bother eating both sandwiches wish I had gotten my refund back. Not to mention the soda machine is dirty with mold hasn't been cleaned in years it looks like. I don't know how this place is running when workers are seen eating on the job, on their phones talking, not using gloves for health safety, if behind the counter is dirty, im scared how the kitchen looks like. Don't eat the sandwiches from here, they handle food with no gloves."
