"A cute little bistro set just inside the entrance to ASUs Biodesign Institute Building B. Prices for drinks are reasonable and there's some snacks and a couple chairs available for a quick rest if needed. I've visited this building for work several times and this has been a delicious addition to my mornings here."

"I don’t know how, but every single time I’ve gone here my order is wrong when i receive it. It also takes almost 45 minutes to get a food item and coffee even when it’s slow. I once asked if i could have honey in my coffee, and after the guy looked through the computer he said, “we don’t have honey.” …but there was a bottle of honey right behind him. I told him, and he still said no. I have even had my order wrong and when i went back to tell them, they blamed me for it! They said i asked for it that way. Seriously not a great cafe. More expensive than other cafes nearby, so just go there. ALSO all the clocks are for show and don’t actually tell the time. Not a big deal but still :p would’ve been cool to see."

"The coffee here is so good that it has become my standard bar. I compare other cafes with the coffee I have at Charlie's. The baristas are awesome and well trained. JUST LOVE IT."

"I placed an order online 1 week ago. I called the place because I wasn't able to find it on campus. On the phone I was told they were closed for memorial day. But somehow I was still able to make an order and have my money taken!!!! I was offered a gift card. I said I wanted a refund. It's been 7 days and so far they have given me NOTHING. TOTAL SCAM. just don't waste your time or money."

"Legitimately some of the worst service i’ve ever had at a cafe. Workers don’t show up on time so one person will be running it and even then it takes them nearly an hour to bring out a coffee and a panini when there isn’t a long line. I don’t usually do reviews on google but I was so disappointed with the amount of time it’s taken to get a simple order that I feel compelled to. Do not come here."
