"I was waiting there forever. No greetings. It was so quiet, I didn’t even thought anyone was working there. Until I saw him hunched his back at the cashier, and I waited again, I started to order- then he said, please wait. And I did, and he was doing his paper work. I waited another 2 min, and I left! For just a simple americano and there was no one there lining up, and u can’t even make a coffee for your customer first"
