"Today was my first time visiting this cafe, I took my 4 kids there for a treat after church service, the older man was very friendly and understanding, but the bedroom was very very dirty! The toilet was not clean at all, plus one of my baby’s drink had a long hair into. ( we sew it after 30 minutes out) I didn’t get a chance to take a pictures of everything,but we spent $56 dollars on 5 drinks and 4 Churros . We are not coming back here!!! I’m so upset right now!!!!!"

"We ordered a taro milk tea and matcha, which were pretty good. We also ordered the churros with berries and it was delish. The reason why I gave it a low rating it was due to service and atmosphere. The first girl that attended us was alright, 5/10 when it came to customer service...it was clear they were understaffed as when we first came in, they were interviewing someone out in the open by the register (which is understandable given these places do not tend to have an office in the back). But the real downer was this random guy who I asked for some Cajun sauce (which I heard the girl earlier say to another customer being an option), he turned to me and said "the Cajun is a powder, is not a sauce" and I told him I heard the girl offered the Cajun sauce to another customer and he directed to me again and said the same thing followed by "tell me what sauce you want and I'll just give it to you" to which I said "ranch...", he went to the back and came back out with ranch and then proceeded to say "the Cajun is a powder" with a horrible attitude for literally no reason. At the end of the day, we went there because we wanted, not because we had to. Do better😉"

"Honestly this place would be a very good churro place if the younger individuals a young man typically with a hat and goate wasn’t so rude:/ it makes me so sad that he was rude to a customer who had limited english. i ended up having to step in to translate, because this younger individual let his frustration out on him because of a small rush (me and my partner, the limited english guy, and a previous couple who’s order was also messed up.) i think we should work on our customer service skills because it has potential the churros are good. The young women he was with was very nice and kind tho. I was also very rushed into giving them my order and waited over an hour for three mini churros… I apologized numerous times for my confusion with the store and he was honestly very rude about it. Sad to say I wish i could recommend but it’s not worth the over hour wait… We had lots of patience for this place but the service was just sad especially to that man who was limited in english just made me lose respect. :("

"Just stopped in for some dessert after a dinner date with the hubby! We were greeted immediately, I chose the cookies n cream churro and hubby got the cookies n cream ice cream. Churro, phenomenal!! There was never a dull bite! Hubby said ice cream tastes the same was what you can purchase at the store but still good! Menu has so many options and I can’t wait to come back for a late night treat"

"The churros are always hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and no matter how long the line is, the wait is absolutely worth it. You can tell everything is made with care, and the staff is friendly and patient even when it’s busy."
