"Very cute space in Tucson with great drinks, including seasonal options during the Holiday season! I usually come here at least once while in town for the Holidays, as it's one of my family's favorite local spots here in Tucson. The vibes inside are always great, with plenty of both indoor seating and a covered patio to spread out and do some work or hang out. I also noticed that they have signs up mentioning that there's live music here in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays! The baristas here are always super friendly and more than willing to provide help and/or advice on any drink recommendations that you may personally like! I've had the Apple Cider drinks & the seasonal Peppermint Mocha drink here a few times now - they're always great quality and enjoyable. A few of the treats are also really great, and I'll sometimes grab a little brownie or piece of cake to enjoy. Flavorful and tasty - although the last treat I got was a little bit small in portion size. Overall, Coffee X Change is a very spacious yet also cozy spot with great service, drinks, treats, and live music on weekend evenings. Put it all together, and this spot is definitely worth a visit!"

"The food here is amazing!! I live close by and come here all the time! The street tacos are my absolute favorite and while they are pricey I’m always willing to pay what they cost because they’re delicious. I’m sad to say my most recent experience today 12/13/25 failed to impress. I sent my boyfriend to get me street tacos. The order was brought out wrong and he told them this so he was asked to wait while the correct order was made, which is fine, but the quality of food I received is the issue. The tacos come with 2-3 slices of avocado typically, my tacos had ONE barely even there sliver of avocado, and significantly less meat than they usually have. It was also entirely missing the cilantro and whoever brought out the order also forget to give me my chips that come with the tacos…. 0/10 stars for this experience. I understand you are a small and were busy BUT that doesn’t mean you can skimp on quality and also forget large parts of the order.."

"My expectations were definitely exceeded and then some of quality service and food. Everything really is fresh and delicious. Giant palm sized muffins and cookies. I also haven't found good coffee like this anywhere else in town; for the quality the price is a steal. If you're considering stopping by, you won't be disappointed ♡"

"The coffee I got here was great. It was a Cinnamon Crunch I believe. Great - but very sweet. If you are more of a semi sweet coffee connoisseur then you’ll want to order half sweet. The guy at the counter was helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The service was pretty fast, too. My only real complaint was the prices. I ordered a medium iced coffee (with no alterations/substitutions mind you) and it was NINE DOLLARS. With tip it was an $11 coffee. I had just been to a cute downtown shop and paid $6 for essentially the same thing. $9 coffees are crazy. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t return. Which is a bummer because I thought the coffee was great."

"We have enjoyed our visits to the Coffee Xchange in the past; however, last night's experience was not so good and worth noting. First, the waitress was wonderful! Sweet, smiling and attentive. Kuddos to her. The food, not so good. My "spicy southwest chicken sandwich" had a very fatty thin piece of chicken, not much pepper jack (couldn't taste it) and was three inches of focaccia. My tiny bottle of Coke Zero was $3.50. My husband's iced tea was $4.25. The manager said that "as many refills as you want" were included in the cost - except for the tiny bottle of soda, which I'd have to pay for again. (We did not get refills). We asked for two carrot cake slices to go. When we opened them at home, they were stale and dry except for the icing. Were they in the case all day and not checked for freshness before being sold? Not good policy. Our bill with tip was $61. Unbelievable for our salad/sandwich dining experience."
