"I am not gf, but I have quite a few friends that are. I've worked with Jen from dedicated. for custom cakes twice now, once for my wedding and once for my graduation party. Both times have been a great experience, they are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. You know it's good cake when the folks who aren't gluten intolerant still look forward to eating the cake and there's none left over at the end of an event! Not to mention, the vibes and local arts representation make this place a Tucson staple. Highly recommend."

"Love love love! They have vegan, nut free, dairy free, and even low sugar options. And of course EVERYTHING is gluten free. It’s so nice to have a bakery where you can freely choose anything on display as a gluten intolerant person. I go there at least once a week and they made my wedding and anniversary cake. Not only are all of their pastries delicious but they also put in the effort to make them look cute. The staff is very friendly and will always make you feel welcome"

"A cute, quiet cafe with a nice seating area, but unfortunately the food just wasn’t great. I was bummed that my avocado and bacon sandwich essentially fell apart and I ended up having to eat it with a fork and knife because mashed avocados and chiles didn’t want to stay on the dry-ish bread. The flavor was decent, but the sourdough bread was hard which made cutting it slightly difficult. I also got a cinnamon roll, and even after re-heating it in the microwave when I got home, it was still one of the most dry gluten-free pastries I’ve ever had. It was not fresh at all and very stale. It crumbled apart in some places and was just hard in others, so that was a bummer. Would consider going back to try something else because maybe it was an off-day? I don’t know. We went on a Saturday morning. The menu is pretty big and they had quite a few offerings in the bakery case like cupcakes and bagels and other sweet bakery treats. The place was clean and organized and had good vibes otherwise."

"I love Dedicated. Love the atmosphere, the food, the people. Visiting here is the experience that sets my day. My body feels good and my mind is at ease when I eat here. My favorite sandwich is the Vegan Rainbow on rosemary bread. It’s so good I crave it. Of course, any other the sweets are top-notch. Dedicated partnered with tea from Tea & Hammock and is the best complement. Their tea has NO chemical flavors, no preservatives, just amazing loose leaf tea. So… this is a safe place for my celiac/high allergy self. 👍👍"

"Everything is gluten free!!!! We came in town for a conference and I thought I’d venture out and explore the local eats, and this place did not disappoint. The gluten free sourdough is so unique and buttery and delicious. Really enjoyed the gluten free brownie!!! The frosting was tasty and creamy and the brownie chewy and not gritty. They’ve really done a great job with the recipes!! The atmosphere was so cute! Love the all inclusive decor!"
